The next CJCC event, “Immigration: Community Dialogue,” has been rescheduled for Monday, July 17th, 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., right here at the UUCSH.

The Central Jersey Community Coalition is pleased to sponsor the rescheduled event “Immigration: Community Dialogue,” which will include a “101” introduction to key issues related to immigration, the recent Supreme Court decision on the travel ban, refugee experiences, how recent immigration enforcement changes are affecting our immigrant communities, and what action we can take to support immigrants in our community. Speakers include immigration attorney and Director of Casa de Esperanza Joyce Phipps, immigration attorneys Aldo Martinez and Christine Martinez, Science Professor Ahmed Katsha of Raritan Valley Community College, and Dr. Ali Chaudry Executive Director of Stand Up For The Other.
