Worship: Annual Winter Holiday Pageant – “A Charlie Brown Christmas”

Author Avianca Bouchedid, Written Dec 15, 2015

Please join us this Sunday, December 20th, for our Annual Winter Holiday Pageant – “A Charlie Brown Christmas” led by  UUCSH’s children and youth co-directed by Kelly Dziak and Alicia Harabin, with Director of Lifespan Faith Development Chris Buja

“A Charlie Brown Christmas” is a venerable classic of the winter holiday season. After many years of speculation, the UUCSH winter holiday pageant will be a performance of this timeless tale many of us grew up with. As December’s worship services explore what it means to be a people of expectation, who other than Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang to say a few things about the “expectations” of Christmas? What have those expectations come to be in an over-commercialized world and what is the true meaning and spirit of Christmas? UUCSH’s Young Musicians will bring their musical talents to the performance.
