Please join us this Sunday, 5/27 at 10:00 a.m., for a worship service led by Dr. Melanie Davis.

Learning of someone’s diagnosis of a terminal illness, or of their impending death for other reasons, can arouse feelings of fear, discomfort, and anxiety. This service encourages us to accept and move past our personal concerns in order to engage with others from a place of vulnerability, humility, humor, and service.

Melanie Davis, PhD, CSE, CSES is a worship associate for this congregation and is the Unitarian Universalist Association’s Our Whole Lives Sexuality Education Program Associate.  She serves on the UUA’s Trauma Response Ministry and was a hospice volunteer through Somerset Medical Center.  She is in private practice as a clinical sexuality educator and trainer for healthcare professionals.
