Please join us on Sunday, August 14th at 10:00 a.m. for a service led by Rev. Jennifer Kelleher.

The inspiration for this service comes from the popular book and TV series: Outlander. The main character of the story is an Outlander/Outsider — foreign both to the time and to the place she ends up, which happens to be mid-1700s Scotland. After a number of events, she tries to change a moment in history and keep a war from occurring because she knows it will result in the loss of thousands of lives, as well as an entire culture. What in our lives and world, not yet history, would we wish to stop before it happens? In what ways do we sometimes feel like the Outlander?
