Worship: Radical Theologian

Author Avianca Bouchedid, Written Jan 3, 2017

Please join us this Sunday, January 8th at 10:00 a.m. for a service led by Rev. Jennifer Kelleher.

This service’s theme is informed by the theological revolutionary, Unitarian Minister, and activist — Theodore Parker. In the 19th century Parker preached that there is but “one kind of religion, as there but is one kind of love”. His doing so was so radical at the time it made him an outcast within the fledgling Unitarian denomination. What might Parker’s life teach us about faith and community today?
