Please join us this Sunday, January 24th, at 10:00 a.m. for a service led by our own Dr. Melanie Davis.

What do we long for, and how might we move from a state of longing into a state of change? This service continues the worship theme of Resistance by exploring the emotion of longing. It can be a lingering yearning or a spark for change. We will look at catalysts and inhibitors to change, as well as the role of the Unitarian Universalist Fourth Principle in this process.

Melanie Davis, PhD, CSE, CSES is the Unitarian Universalist Association’s Our Whole Lives Sexuality Education Program Associate, an adjunct professor at Drexel and Widener universities, and a certified sexuality educator and educator supervisor. She is on this congregation’s Worship Associate Team, sings in the Adult Choir, and is our Music Program Chair.
