Nearly two years since the shock of Hurricane Sandy, with at least six years of recovery ahead, how do we support justice, sustainability and resilience in our response to Climate Change?

Rev. Susan Karlson is a Unitarian Universalist community minister currently working on Superstorm Sandy Recovery throughout the Metro New York area.  She is a 2015 Green Faith Fellow and the co-chair of the New Sanctuary Coalition of New York City, an interfaith organization that supports, empowers and witnesses with immigrants. Susan is most interested in the dynamic intersection between the impact of climate change, environmental racism, trauma ministry and congregational preparedness.
