This is going to be an exciting year at UUCSH!  In addition to the physical work on the building to make it accessible to all, many folks will be engaging in ministries that will help the congregation make better use of its resources of time, talent, and treasure.

The Board of Trustees developed three priorities for their work this year, and you’re going to hear a lot about them.  They are:

  1. MISSION – Taking a deep look at what our core purpose is and why we exist in the world.  Once clarified, our new mission will help guide the congregation’s activities.
  2. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT – Taking a critical look at our elected positions, appointed positions, and paths to leadership and involvement at UUCSH.  We’ll be making or suggesting some structural changes to benefit all.
  3. COMMUNICATION – We are always looking to find the right ways to communicate with our members and friends.  We also want to explore ways to spread the good news about UUCSH to the wider community.

All members and friends are invited to attend the December 6 UUCSH Mission Day.  Mark your calendar now!  Details will be coming out soon.
