Our Whole Lives (OWL) helps teenage participants make informed and responsible decisions about their sexual health and behavior. It equips participants with accurate, age-appropriate information in six subject areas: human development, relationships, personal skills, sexual behavior, sexual health and society and culture. The curriculum has been newly revised by the UUA to reflect the most up to date topics and information available.

Grounded in a holistic view of sexuality, Our Whole Lives provides not only facts about anatomy and human development, but helps participants to clarify their values, build interpersonal skills, and understand the spiritual, emotional and social aspects of sexuality.

Facilitators are trained through the Unitarian Universalist Association and its local districts across the US and Canada. Our Whole Lives 7-9th grade is currently offered every other year. For more information, please contact our Religious Education Coordinator, Jennie Belmonte, [email protected].
